  • “HORRIBLE! I’m literally going to leave AT&T because of her. Today Nov 25 2017 at 2:30 my parents was in the store. The Samsung pay representative was helping my mom use her Samsung phone. She forgot the pin so she called me because I build software for a living. I try the best I can but only so much I can do with my not being there. My mother passed me to the Samsung rep and the “know it all” couldn’t stop talking for two seconds to let me explain. She finally said (if she doesn’t know her pin she needs to make a new account) I said. Okay so if she makes a new account she looses all her money? Which her disrespectful self said. (You know what? I’m done talking and transfer me over). What a disgusting employee you have! Nice way to vent your candidates. I know for a fact I’m not the first one she disrespected. She is a bigger brat than a high schooler”

  • “This store lack of leader ship. Lack of knowledge as well. Amanda charge me twice. Blame my phone for her inexperience. Then come Edwin another sale person that does not know his phone plans, well Edwin from Pinecrest prepaid do have internet 1G, I ask him for his manager and he told me he was at a important meeting till 2PM but that I was welcome to wait 2 hours if I want, 2 minutes later Ernest (Manager) show up at the floor no to help me but to fly around like a butterfly so Edwin run to see him and instead of bringing to me they sit 10 feet away and discuss about my phone. Trying to make me feel ignore perhaps. So I pull my chair to them in vain because they keep talking between them and ignore me. In at the end I bring the chair back to it old position even so is heavy and I am 68. Prepaid in some cases is the right way to go if you are not a power user you will save hundreds of dollars in a year. But what do millennium knows about saving? Saving is not cool.”

  • “I had AT&T for many years…we were grandfathered in with the unlimited data plan…we were either forced to buy instead of upgrade because they got rid of upgrades and changed it to next where you basically rent the phone and no longer get unlimited data… My husband decided to buy the $1000 phone so we could keep our unlimited data… well that was our first issue…next we had bought a phone for my mother who was on our plan for just regular cellular service…we went to change her SIM card and were convinced to get her the newly offered unlimited data plan for all of our phones it’s long as we stay with AT&T….we have uverse so we decided to agree to this…It doesn’t stop here… We then were convinced that to save 70 dollars a month to switch for our same service from uverse to direct TV….sounds great…Right? Wrong! We scheduled to have it installed and waited the 4 hour period and when they showed up the tech said he could not install it the way the work order stated and there were all these installation fees $99 here and $99 dollars there and $52 dollars to rewire each cable…needless to say we called the store multiple times and they were too busy helping other customers to help me… Eventually, they got back to me and could not give me what they told me I would get…Beware! My advice is…if you are offered a lower price you will be getting way less service… The sales person from the falls mall is Kathy and Ernest is the manager…do not believe them!”
