  • “Worst customer service ever, I was planning to get a new phone there but only 2 girls working one of them who was pregnant was very rude the other one was cleaning and the pregnant women want it to close the store she didn’t care I was a customer and was planning to buy a new phone I left came back another day and that time it was a guy taking care of me same very rude. How this store plan to sell with such a bad customer service? And it seem they don’t care about their reviews either ????”

  • “This is the Worst AT&T store I have ever been to in my life. Only one person was working and he left 3 customers standing around without saying a word. No “be with you in a second” or anything, just ignored us. Go to another store, don’t waste your time here.”

  • “Over 12 Years I have been with At&t and never did I have such a horrible experience than what I have gone through within the last month with my bill. 5 Phones calls to customer service no help, no resolution, just overall felt like no one cared for the what was best for their customer. And not just customers but loyal customers. Now let me tell you about Store Manager Darid Santiago and Sales Andrea Martinez in the matter of 2 hours and there many battles with customer service. They were able to help resolve my phone bill issues, they went above and beyond to assist and help me in anyway they could. For a moment it reminded why I am District Manager in Retail Customer Service is a lost art and great leaders and people like Darid and Andrea. Are people that go unrecognized for there efforts. So to both of them I say Thank you again and AT&T I hope you change your standards about customer service before you lose good people like Darid and Andrea”

  • “If I was able to put half a start I definitely will… As a manager and person that had work on customer service for 12 year, getting my new equipment at this store has been a nightmare. Day 1. The manager David doesn’t have knowledge of what he is doing more that 2 hours trying to figure out how to order an equipment that will be on a monthly payment… Reserve 3 lines on my account for nothing because at the end of the day we left the store with nothing… Day 2. Contact the manager to let him know we will be there after work to get everything set to order the iPad… He confirm that he will be there… Call the store several times and no one answered the phone… Finally a girl named Andrea picked up and told us that he had an emergency and left for the day… So I guess there is no follow up plan for potential customer… Day 3… Go to the store manager is not there again… Which is understandable that had an emergency… Andrea is there she took care of us… She is looking into the account and notice that there is 3 lines reserve for the iPad and even she question why there where 3 lines open… And her reaction was “what he was doing” “he doesn’t know what he was doing with this account “… But well… Finally she got everything set.. Got to go iPad order… She ask us if we wanted to be deliver to the house or to the store… We say the store because me and my husband are always working… So she did request the iPad to be delivered to them… She told us like 2 weeks until is there… So I was like fine… Let’s wait… Day 4…. I’m reading the paperwork for the iPad and I noticed that the information is incorrect… I call the store talk to David “the manager” and he said no problem we have all your info here everything is good… We will call you as soon as the iPad arrive…. Almost a week pass and I receive an email from my husband ex wife… That she got the email that my iPad was order… And also the one that was delivered… Day 5… After I got
