  • “This store never seems to have enough associates on the floor (and working; I observed several walking behind the “door” never to be seen again) I went in tonight to have a warranty screen protector placed (a 5 minute job) to be told there were 7 customers in front of me. Fine, but they should triage what people are coming in for. Associates tending to folks who are browsing for phones or making their decisions can easily step away to assist a 5 minute job. After 50 minutes waiting I walked out as I had another appointment. Easier for me to drive 20 more millas to the Titusville store where I know I will get service. (oh by the way that is EXACTLY why we bought our phones in Titusville and not this store) Get your act together!”

  • “Worst service in the world trying to switch from sprint to them and the guy didn’t explain everything how he supposed to do it after he switch all the phone ,then he told me that I have to paid $150 dollars for a phone and then fix the cracked screen and the bill more than I paid at sprint really??! The promise a lot of thing on the phone and then is a different story,back to sprint”

  • “We walked in and have been kept waiting for quite some time. I tried to activate a one-month account for a visiting relative and had to insist relentlessly to be offered the option without automatic renewal. We wanted to use a telephone we purchased with them 6 month ago, also dedicated to my visiting relatives, but it would not recharge anymore. We left to purchase new batteries and scheduled an appointment to finalize the transaction for the new prepaid sim. Despite the relatively small number of customers, we were told that the first available spot was only 2 hours later. We did came back on time. The next client with an appointment was only half an hour after ours, yet we kept seeing idle employees just ignoring us and serving the first person who happened to walk in. In particular, we were told the employee who followed us at the beginning would be there for us. Yet, she left the shop as soon as she saw we came back, storming past and ignoring us. After waiting for 10 minutes past our appointment time, our name disappeared from the tableau, with no one reaching out to us (we were visible and sitting at a table at the acceptance). We asked for explanations and to be served but got ignored for other five minutes until I engaged a senior staff and asked to be served. At that point we were inserted in the walk-in waiting queue and were served other 5 mins later. During the procedure the staff kept making inquiries about who was my tel and cable provider in order to sell me their product. The guy who served us left a couple of times, which he spent chatting casually with his colleagues. He behaved in a bored, dismissive, don’t-give-a-f*** way all the time. When we got home we made the appalling discovery that the number AT&T gave us was recycled and already registered with Uber. Having access to uber was one of the main reasons for my visitor to get a US number in the first place. As a result, we lost half a day to get an unusable product, at a price!, and we’ll have to spend other time to reclaim the number at Uber. Horrible service, deliberately designed to get rid of any customer that isn’t announcing the desired to be squeezed as a lemon. I’ll never ever consider using AT&T again!”
