Transferred my Verizon service over to AT&T and was told that I would get a gift card in the mail to cover the cancellation charges on my Verizon account. That never came and AT&T won’t honor the credit until they speak with the manager from the authorized retailer store…which never happened.”

  • “Update Sept 18, 2014 So the reps at this store just keep surpassing my expectations! I was having an issue with some of the physical features of my phone (which other wise worked as expected). Miguel (store manager) was very understanding of my issue. I was going to exchange it for a different phone which they did not have in the store. Today was the last day of my 14 day trial period. Miguel called the Citrus Park store and set up for me to go there and and exchange out the phone. Of course, I’m a Murphy, so what could go wrong, did go wrong. But the manager of that store also stepped up and worked with Miguel over the phone to get it all done. These guys know what it is to deliver good customer service. The other rep in the Citrus Park store, was pretty amazing as well. I sat and listened and observed while I waited for my turn, they know their stuff and are so helpful and friendly. They all have great personalities and go far beyond today’s standard of customer service. It is so refreshing! Thank you all for doing such a great job! Sept 15, 2014 I’ve been to this store several times over the last 6 months hemming and hawing over whether or not I would switch. I had spoken to and work with 2 reps previous to my most recent encounter with Josh V. I will say that although the first two reps did not leave me fully confident in a purchase, their desire to answer my questions completely overruled what they did not know first hand, always looking for the answers before blurting out something that was wrong. Fast forward to Josh V…. hehehe I went on August 11 and gave this poor guy a run for his money. He did not flinch! He matched my high energy personality and was so easy going about all the questions I threw at him. He was friendly, funny but professional. It still took us several weeks before beginning service as we had difficulty finding an appropriate phone for my elderly mother in law. However, Josh V. stepped way above and beyond the call of duty and set out on the internet for days/weeks to help me search for a phone for her. Once we chose and ordered her phone, we went in and everything that could go wrong….. did. But, Josh’s easy going personality made it a pleasant experience. We opened 5 lines of service and YES we were there for 5 hours.. (no kidding). We were exhausted, but happy customers. I did have to go back and return a device yesterday (personal reasons, nothing wrong with the service/device). Josh again displayed fantastic customer service professionalism. He took all the jokes and kidding around in stride as he trained a new employee. 😀 (I like to give people a hard time, in a funny way). There was a slight issue with the cancellation of the contract (AT&T’s customer service could not assist as their systems were down)…. anywho. I’m waiting on confirmation from the store that the service for that item has been cancelled. But, all in all. These guys are all great. I’m a happy Ca
